1 lb. lean ground sirloin1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 tsp. black pepper1 can Bush's black beans, drained2 cups water1 14-1/2 oz. can Light Southwest Vegt. Soup32 oz. can diced tomatoes1 Tbsp. chili powder1 14-1/2 oz. can chicken or beef broth2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
Brown ground sirloin and onion in a large soup pot. Add green pepper, celery, pepper, beef broth, drained black beans, canned diced tomatoes, chili powder, can of Progresso Light Southwester Vegetable Soup, water, and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer and simmer for 2 hours. Serves 10
