Muffin Cheese Meatloaf

16 oz extra lean ground beef small egg1 cup chopped fresh onion1 cup rolled quick oats (dry)8 tbsp ketchup4 tsp yellow mustard2 oz marbled cheddar cheese (cubed into 8 tiny cubes)
Preheat oven to 375.
In medium mixing bowl, add all ingredients EXCEPT for cheese. Mix well.
Drop beef mixture by spoonfuls into 6 ungreased, unlined muffin tins.
Place 1 small cube of cheese into center of each mini-meatloaf. Press down.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
