Broccoli with Red Pepper Dressing

2 Red Peppers1 Young Yellow Squash1 Large Clove Garlic1/2 Red Onion Chopped1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper1/4 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos or miso6-8 cups Chopped Fresh broccoli
Combine all ingredients except for broccoli in a Cuisinart or heavy duty food processor with enough water to form a thick dressing. Combine with broccoli and refrigerate for a couple hours and enjoy! This is a very healthy raw food dinner.

Alright. I have to give this an honest rating. As you know, I am not big on the taste of peppers. I'm going to chop the broccoli a bit finer and try it tomorrow. It may taste better when they soak together. - 6/13/09

Its is WAY better on day 2 and I really like it better with the raisins! I am glad you are honest. Plus the raw food grows on you its kinda like an acquired taste...

This is a delicious way to prepare broccoli and peppers, both of which I have a lot of as it is the harvest season in my garden. I have also learned that when a chef shares a tip, like "add raisins" it is wise to comply. Delicious!! Everyone loved this. Now try adding soy bacon bits... - 9/20/09
