Whole Wheat Oat Scones (low fat)

Ingredients
1.5 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup sugar1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/8 lb. cold butter1 1/4 cups rolled oats1/2 cup raisins2/3 cup yogurt or buttermilk1/4 cup orange juice
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in the food processor. Cut cold butter into small bits and add, pulverizing. Dump into a large bowl, stir in oats and raisins. Add juice and yogurt and stir with fork until mixture comes together. Drop into 12 mounds on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
