1 box yellow cake mix1 (3.4 oz) Jell-O pudding mix, french vanilla1 container Cool Whip1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, with juice1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple drained well
Preheat oven to 350.
With a hand or stand mixer, blend cake mix and mandarin oranges with the juice - no other ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray/flour. Bake for 30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake completely.
To make the icing:
Using a hand or stand mixer, combine Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix and drained crushed pineapple. Do not overbeat. Icing will taste grainy at first until the pudding mix is absorbed.
Frost cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
