1 1/3 cups water2 tablespoons Smart Balance Omega Oil Blend3 tablespoons honey1 1/2 cups white bread flour1 1/3 cups whole wheat bread flour1/2 cup flax seed, coarsely ground1 1/2 teaspoons salt2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan according to manufacturers directions.
2. Select Basic White cycle and press Start.
Makes one (1 1/2 pound) loaf.

I am currently making the third loaf of this bread in two weeks. I especially love the fact that the ingredients don't need refrigeration, so I can load up the bread machine the night before, set the timer for eight hours, and have fresh bread in the morning. My family loves this bread! - 8/27/18
