Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cup packed light brown sugar1 large egg1 tsp vanilla extract1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 6 oz package)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter, Splenda, and brown sugar in bowl until smooth. Beat in egg. Stir in vanilla extract. Add baking soda and salt into batter. Stir in flour and chocolate chips (I add them slowly). Bake for 10-15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen cookies.

Other substitutions include Splenda light brown sugar, egg substitute, margarine, and Nu-Salt. Substitute these at your own risk.
