Spinach Tofu Pie

1/2 c white flour & 3/4 c ww pastry flour1/2 teas salt1/4 c soy milk3 Tbsp tahini2 packages frozen spinach1/2 block firm tofu1 package silken tofu5 Tbsp nutritional yeastdilloreganosaltpepperlemon juice1 Tbsp canola oil1 onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped
In food processor, combine flours, salt, and tahini. While running, slowly add soy milk under flour balls up like dough.
Roll dough out on flat surface into a pizza like shape.
Set on greased cookie pan and set aside.
Sautee onions and garlic while defrosting spinach. Add spinach, crumbled tofu, nutritional yeast, and spices. Cook ~10 mins, trying to get wetness out.
Plop the spinach mixture in the center of the dough and pinch the sides around to make a firm crust.
Bake 30 - 40 mins at 375.
