Toasted Crostini with Radishes

Ingredients
2 T extra virgin olive oil2 t chopped fresh chives1 garlic clove pressed9 oz. of herbed spreadable cheese4-6 radishes trimmed and thinly sliced6 slices of multigrain bread
Directions
Preheat oven broiler. in a small bowl combine oil, chives and garlic. Evenly brush onto slices of bread.
Place bread under broiler for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes for each side. Watch as they burn easily.
Remove bread to cutting board and cut each slice diagonally. Spread evenly with cream cheese and top with a thin layer of radish rounds. Sprinkle with remaining chives if desired.
