Ingredients
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper1/4 cup sliced green onions1/2 cup chopped celery1 can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained1 can corn, drained1 tablespoon sugar3 tablespoons chopped cilantro3 tablespoons lime juice2 tablespoons oil1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Directions
Combine all together and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 8 services.
