Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
1. In a large bowl, put in 1 package of broccoli slaw.2. Add 1/2 chopped purple onion.3. Add 1 red pepper.4. Drain 20 oz. crushed pineapple. Save juice.Dressing:1. Mix 1/4 cup olive oil with 1/4 cup of the reserved pineapple juice.2. Add 2 tbsp. vinegar.3. Add 1/4 cup sugar.4. Season with salt & pepper.5. Mix together the first four ingredients of the dressing.6. Add slivered almonds and crushed Ramen Noodles to the salad.7. Put the salad in the refrigerator and chill for at least an hour or overnight.
