Cabbage soup in crock pot

Ingredients
2 large leeks1 green peppers1 orange pepper1 can of crushed tomatoes no salt1 whole zucchini3 Carrots8oz Fresh Mushrooms1/2 head cauliflower1 whole yellow pepper3 cups spinach 1 bunch of celeryHalf a head of cabbage1 48oz Bottle of Low Sodium V8 juiceFresh Basil if you likeSeason to taste with garlic powder - do not add salt.
Directions
Directions:

Chop in food processor (except spinach) and mix with V8 in large crock pot. Cover crock pot and cook on low overnight or 8 hours. Add spinach to wilt. Puree all in a blender, store in air tight container. Serve warm or cold.
