1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef1/4 cup chopped onions1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce1 15.5 can light kidney beans1 15.5 can chili beans3 tbsp white vinegar (or cider)3 tbsp chili powder1 glove garlic chopped1 tsp salt sense1 tsp black or red pepper2 tsp cumin powder
Brown hamburger, onions,garlic. Pour off extra fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer about 45 minutes or longer. Add more spices to taste if necessary.
