Roasted red pepper sauce

Ingredients
4 large Yellow, orange or red bell peppers, roasted4 Cloves garlicTablespoon mayonaisesalt to taste
Directions
Roast whole peppers over open flame or under broiler until soft and skin turns black

Roast garlic cloves in their skins alongside the peppers

Place the roasted peppers & garlic in bag or foil pouch to steam after roasting

When cool enough to handle remove the black outer skin of peppers and the seeds & stems

Peel garlic cloves

Place garlic & peppers in blender, blends with mayo and salt to taste

Enjoy with fish, pasta or chicken!
