Slow Cooker Pork Loin

Ingredients
50 baby carrots3 russett potatoes1/2 cup vegetable broth1 package Onion Soup mix1 Tbsp Canola oil1 small onion1 lbs. Pork Tenderloin1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
Directions
Chop onions and potatoes. Place in slow cooker with carrots. Sear pork tenderloin in skillet with canola oil. Place on top of vegetables in slow cooker. Mix onion soup mix with 3/4 cup water and minced garlic. Pour over the top. Also pour vegetable broth on top and cook on high for 4 hours.
