Ingredients
Directions
1 bag of frozen cauliflower florets about 2 cups. (you can also use raw and cook for 10min before making)2 Tbsp of Butter Salted1/2 Cup of Sour Cream1 Tbsp Mayonnaise1 dash of Salt (or to your taste)
Fill pot with water half way and place pot on stove, turn stove on to medium heat, add salt to water and place cualiflower in water. Once water boils cook for about 10 minutes. Remove pot from heat and strain in sink in same empty pot add butter until melted, once melted add the cauliflower back into pot and mix gently so that the cauliflower won't come appart. Add sour cream and mix then add mayo and mix again. It will take a creamy consistancy once all ingredients are mixed remove from heat.
Serve hot. You can serve this as a side dish to Chicken breast or beef pattys it goes very well.
Enjoy!
