SOUP - Lemon Garlic Turkey Soup

Directions
4 cups chicken broth2 cups water1 lb ground lean turkey2 cups chopped carrot2 cups yellow or red pepper3 cups chopped onion1/4 cup chopped garlic2 tab fresh basil or 2 tea dried1 tea saltjuice of 1 lemon
Mix all ingredients, except lemon juice and basil, in large pot and cook approximately 30 minutes, just before serving, add juice and basil. Makes 12 cups or 12 servings.
