Stewed Squash

Ingredients
4 lbs yellow summer squash1 tsp salt2 tbs oil1 large onion2 cups water
Directions
slice squash and onions and place in a large skillet. add water and cook over high heat, stirring often, until most of the water is gone and the squash is mushy. Add oil and salt and continue to cook. The more you cook it the better it gets!
