Ingredients
Fruit1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed berries or cherries or blueberries1 (7/8 ounce) box jello sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, cook and serve1 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1/4 cup nonfat milkCrisp1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute8 ounces plain fat-free yogurt1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
1. Spray an 8X8 baking pan.
2. Mix the fruit ingredients in the pan and stir well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together crisp mix.
4. Spread this mixture over the berry mixture to make a top crust.
5. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until topping gets crunchy.
