2 c. fat free half n half5 beaten egg yolks1/3 c. splenda for baking1 tsp. vanilla extractdash salt1/4 c. splenda for baking ( for topping)
Beat half & half (in sauce pan) over medium low heat till bubbly. Set aside. In medium mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, 1/3 cup splenda, vanilla & salt. Beat with wire wisk till combined. Slowly whisk hot half & half into egg mixture. Pour mixture into 6 souffle' dishes, in 3 quart rectangular baking pan, with water around dishes reaching half way up dish sides.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
sprinkle 1/4 cup splenda or regular sugar over top of each dish and brown with a kitchen torch.
