6 slices turkey bacon6 cups shredded cabbage1 cup light cole slaw dressing1/4 cup blue cheese1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Cook bacon and crumble into large bowl. Mix together bacon, cabbage and dressing. Sprinkle with blue cheese and cherry tomatoes. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Serves six.
