Lasagne Noodles2 lb extra lean ground beef (drained)1 Can Diced Tomatos with Basil, Garlic & Oregeno1.75 medium cans of Tomato Sauce2 small cans tomato paste3 c. cottage cheese1 egg1/2 c. parmesian cheese16 oz grated Mozzerela cheese3T. Parsley Flakes3 T. Italian seasoning
Boil Lasagne noodles
Brown ground beef, drain. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and paste and italian seasoning, let simmer 15 min.
While noodles are boiling and sauce is simmering, make cottage cheese filler:
Add cottage cheese, parmesian cheese, egg and parsley flakes, and mix until well blended.
Drain noodles
In 9x13x2 pan, put a thin layer of sauce at the bottem, cover with 4 lasagne noodles, then spread half of the sauce mix over them, put half of the cottage cheese mix over that, and top with half of the mozz cheese, repeat for one more layer.
Put in the oven at 350 for 15 min or until cheese is melted
