Onion - Yellow - 1 med. (2 1/2 dia)White Rice, long grain, 1 cup uncooked riceCollege Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 1 cup
Directions
Chop onion. Bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
