tofu teriyaki

Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage, sliced thinly1/2 onion, sliced thinly1 package of fresh, sliced mushrooms3 cloves of garlic, minced1 block of extra firm tofu, cubed1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce1 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp of cracked black pepper1/2 tsp of dried gingerSriracha to taste (Asian chili sauce--optional)
Directions
-in large skillet, heat olive oil over med heat.
-add cabbage, onions, and garlic. let cook for 3-4 minutes.
-add mushrooms, teriyaki, pepper, ginger and desired chili sauce. cook for another 3-4 minutes.
-add tofu, and simmer on low for 8- 10 minutes.
