Ingredients
0.5 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)4 strawberries (frozen)1/2 banana2 oz acai juice1 tbsp soy flour1 tbsp flaxseed2 tbsp wheat germ1 mint leaf2 stevia leaves
Directions
blend together, add sweetener to taste and enjoy :) i use 2 dried stevia leaves to sweeten and 1 mint leaf for added flavor. look for more smoothie recipes to come as i experiment more!
