Mmmm homemade protein bars....

Ingredients
1 tbsp walnuts1 tbsp peanuts1 tbsp sunflower seeds3 tbsp dates2 tbsp peanut butter
Directions
Grind up nuts in blender until pieces are somewhat small. Put into mixing bowl. Grind up dates until paste-like and add to bowl. Add peanut butter and form into bar and put into the fridge.
