Ingredients
6 chopped Nopales (cactus)2 chopped onions1 chopped garlic clove6 small red seedless chilis (chile de ‡rbol) olive oil to fry25 mushrooms chopped.3 italian tomatos chopped
Directions
Fry a little bit onions, chili and garlic.
Then add the nopalitos. Cook until they stop juicing.
Add mushrooms until they become brown, then add tomatos parsley and coriander.
Do not let boil. Do not cover. Add salt.
