Lemon Curd Pie

Ingredients
1 jar Jok n Al Lemon Curd 1 Graham Cracker pie crust, reduced fat1 1/2 cups Cool Whip Lite Lemon zest (optional)
Directions
Spread the Lemon Curd in the pie crust evenly and then top with cool whip. Sprinkle with fresh lemon zest and top with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint. Can be served immediately, keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
