Low Carb Crab Roll ups

Ingredients
4 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened8 oz. imitation crab, chopped and flaked2 T. mayonaise2 t. horseradish1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped3/4 cup sweet red bell pepper, finely chopped6 whole wheat low carb tortillas
Directions
Mix cream cheese, mayonaise, and horseradish together in a small bowl until smooth.
Fold in crab, green onions, and red bell peppers until mixed.
Divide mixture and spread on 6 whole wheat tortillas. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes, covered.
Cut each one into 6 pinwheels.

Makes 36 appetizers or 6 main dish servings.
