Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 5 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi Water, tap, 128 fl oz Garlic powder, 2 tbsp Salt, 1.5 tbsp Chili, 2 cup Hominy, 7 cup
Directions
1. Cube pork and put in water. Bring to a boil.
2. Skim surface for scum.
3. Add garlic and salt after 1 hour of cooking.
4. Simmer for additional 2 hours.
5. Add chile and hominy and simmer for additional hour.

Eat and enjoy!
