Potatoe Salad

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes (boiled or microwaved)2 dill pickles, chopped4 radishes, chopped1/2 cup chopped onion2 hard boiled eggs2 celery stalks2 cups light mayonnaise2-3 tbsp yellow mustard1/3 nonfat milksalt to taste
Directions
Boil or microwave potatoes until soft, and hard boil eggs, then chop when cool. Add dill pickles, radishes, onion, celery stalks. Mix Light mayonnaise, mustard and milk together and add to salad. Makes 20 1/2 cup servings.
