imitation crab salad

Ingredients
Enterprise Imitation Crab Meat, 1/2 cup serving-85 gm., 5 serving (remove)Celery, raw, 106 grams (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .7 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Dill relish, 8 oz, 1 serving (remove)Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large (remove)Smart Balance Omega plus light mayonnaise dressing, 1 tbsp., 4 serving (remove)*Hellmann's Dijonnaise, 6 tsp (remove)
Directions
Cook the eggs. While they are cooking, chop the peppers and celery and crab into small morsels. Mix together. Add mustard, pickle and mayonnaise and stir together. Cool the eggs and peel them. Chop them into small pieces and stir into the crab mixture. Refridgerate until time to serve.
