Peach Jello & Cool Whip pie Sugar Free KK

Ingredients
1 box sugar free peach jello geletin1 cup boiling water1/2 cup cold water and enough ice to bring it to 1 cup water1.5 cups shopped peaches1 bowl sugar free cool whip 1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions
boil 1 cup water--dissolve geletin
add cold water and ice and chill in fridge until starting to set but not solid

mix in peaches and cool whip

pour into graham cracker crust and chill until firm

    I love making this, however, I've always just mixed the packet of jello right into the cool whip and used 2 containers of fat free yogert. We then freeze it and eat it like an ice cream pie. - 7/28/09
