Vegan Chapatis

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups flour1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp olive oil3/4 to 1 cup of water
Directions
In a large ceramic bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and oil. Slowly add the wter to form a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes. Cover and let stand for 30 to 60 minutes. Divide dough into 14 pieces and shape into balls. With a rolling pin, roll each ball into a 6 inch disk and fry in a dry frying pan over medium heat. Cook each side until browned, and serve warm. Makes 14 Chapatis.
