Better Banana Cream Pie

Crust:1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs1/4 cup Splenda5 Tbsp Smart Balance (melted)Filling:2 Medium Bananas, sliced1 pkg Jell-O Sugar Free, Fat Free Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding 2 cups Skim MilkTopping:Fat Free Redi Whip (optional)
Prepare crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, splenda, and melted smart balance until crumbs are moist. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and place in refrigerator or freezer to cool.
Next prepare Jell-O as package directions indicate, using skim milk. Once it has come to a boil, set aside.
Line bottom of cooled pie crust with sliced bananas, covering the crust at least twice. Stir pudding, then pour into crust. Let cool. Serve with 1 serving of RediWhip if desired.
