Kristen's Summer Salad

Ingredients
One sliced avocado, I can sliced beets in water, 1 head chopped red or green leaf lettuce, 1 container reduced fat feta, 1 can artichoke in water, grilled skinless chicken breast optional.....(this is the 5 serving guide)...add 125 calories for each 4 oz. of chicken added
Directions
Chop, Wash and Dry Lettuce.
Slice avocado.
Drain beets and artichokes, slice them into smaller pieces if desired.
Add beets, artichokes, feta, and avocado to lettuce.
Toss and enjoy.

Add grilled skinless, boneless chicken breast to make a meal. If adding chicken grill ahead of time so as not to wilt the lettuce when added to salad.
