Masala Omelete

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 medium, whisked1 tbsp nonfat milk1 tsp oilChilli, green, fresh, 0.25 pepper very finely choppedRed onion, 0.25 cup, finely choppedCoriander, fresh, 1 serving Tomato, 0.25 medium, finely diced1 tsp Garam Masalapinch of methipinch of seasoning (optional, tiny pinch of chilli powder)
Directions
Beat together the egg and milk, season to taste.

Heat the oil in frypan and add the onion, fresh chilli and tomato and cook for a minute or two.

Mix the rest of the ingredients into the beaten egg, pour into omelete pan and cook.
