Blueberries, 1/2 cupBanana. 1Nonfat vanilla yogurt, 6 ozIce cubes (about 6 oz)Water (6 oz) (I use the yogurt container to measure)Sweetener, 2 packets or to taste.

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
