Upside down strawberry desert

Ingredients
4 - 6 oz strawberry yogurt (lite)12 oz (lite) cool whip (Thawed)1 c. strawberry sliced2 pkg. strawberry jello (sugar free)1-3/4 c. boiling water plus 1 ice cube1 c. crushed graham crackers
Directions
Boil 1-3/4 c. water in microwave in glass measuring cup
Disolve 2 pkg. sugar free jello in water. (mix well)
add Ice cube
Set aside disoved jello for 2-10 min. until warm but not hot
Mix yogurt and thawed cool whip
Add strawberries or other fruit.
Mix in cooled jello
Pour into cake pan
Chill for 2 hrs or until set
sprinkle on graham crackers right before serving
Use a Narrow spatula to serve.
Makes 12 BIG CAKE SIZE SLICES

You can use any flavor jello and complimentary yogurt and fruit.
