Quinoa Low Fat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Quinoa Flour1 TBSP Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/8 tsp Salt1 cup Mashed Bananas3 TBP Honey1 Large Egg1/4 cup Unsweetend Applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease muffin pan or line with paper muffin cups.

In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine banana, honey, egg and applesauce.

Slowly add dry ingredients to banana mixture and blend well.

Scoop batter into prepared muffin tin and bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool before serving.

Make 12 muffins.
