Ingredients
3 c sliced zucchini3 c mushroom slices2 clove garlic1 medium onion1T sesame seeds1T low sodium soy sauce1T olive oilsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil.

Add ingredients and saute over medium to medium high heat until desired tenderness.

    We love this stir fry. It goes with any meal or just by itself for a great snack. Sometimes we omit the soy sauce and add a sprinkling of parmesan cheese on top. - 3/24/07
