Lo Carb Meatball Baker

Ingredients
2 - 1oz defrosted Meatballs or hamburger balls3 - Slices of Pepperoni (Turkey Pepperoni ok)1-1.5oz of Diced Italian Sausage1 - Large Sliced Mushroom3/4 C Marinara or Tomato SauceFresh or dried Basil .5 tsp Fresh minced or 1/4 tsp dried Garlic Powder1/4 C Fat Free Mozzarella CheeseSalt to taste
Directions
In Individual baking dish place meatballs spaced apart, in between place pepperoni slices and then sprinkle the diced Italian sausage pieces, garlic, mushroom slices, basil and salt if desired. Pour marinara sauce over all and then sprinkle the mozzarella on top.

Bake in 350F oven and bake until it bubbles and cheese has melted and begun to brown. About 20 minutes.
