Chicken w/Raspberry Sauce

4 oz. chicken2 T olive oil2 T Raspberry preserves1/2 T orange juice
Directions
Heat oil in fry pan, add chicken. When chicken is cooked, place in oven to keep warm. Add preserves & orange juice to skillet. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken.
