Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
3 c. canned black beans, drained3 c. canned black eye peas, drained3 c. canned tomatoes w/green chiles1.5 c. canned hominy, drained1.5 c. canned corn, drained2 c. chopped green pepper2 c. chopped onion4 T. fresh cilantro, minced.5 c. Kraft Light Done Right Catalina Dressing.5 c. Kraft Light Done Right Zesta Italian Dressing
Directions
Combine all beans and vegetables in large container. Whisk dressings together in bowl and pour over salsa; mix well. Refrigerate over night. Serve with baked tortilla chips, or as a condiment to any grilled meat or fish. Can puree and serve as a delicious summer soup. Makes about 32 1/2-cup servings.
