12tortillas,6ozchicken,11/4cup cheese, 1/2 can sauce, 1 can of olives, seasonings 351 calories
Directions
cook rice according to package boil chicken until you can shred it add 1/2 sauce, 1/2olives and seasonings warm tortillas on a sprayed pan fill with chicken mixture roll em up put remaining sauce on top add cheese and olives bake until its melted about 25minutes
