Spicy Hummus

Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 3 cansBeans, great northern, 1 can Olive Oil, 2 tsp Water, Hot, 1/4 cup may need more or less depending on desired texture of hummus)Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Garlic,minced 3 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Cumin 1/2 tsp or (to taste)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (or to taste)
Directions
Open all cans of beans drain all but one and pour into a mixing bowl (or food processor) add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, cumin & red pepper. With an immersion blender process until smooth adding HOT water a little at a time until desired consistency
