Low Carb Taco Salad

Ingredients
Taco Seasoning:2 tbsp chili powder1 1/2 tbsp cumin1 1/2 tbsp paprika1 tbsp onion powder1 tbsp garlic powder1 lb ground turkey or chicken2 tbsp taco seasoning mix1/4 cup water2 quarts romaine lettuce1 cup diced green peppers1/2 medium cucumber, thinly sliced1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, and cut into small chunks1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped1 4 oz can black olives, drained and sliced2/3 cup salsa plus additional for topping1/2 cup ranch dressing1 cup shredded cheddarsour cream for topping
Directions
Mix seasonings together in a bag. Add 2 tbsp of mixture to ground turkey and reserve rest for another use. Add 1/4 cup water and allow to simmer until meat is cooked through. Set aside and allow to cool.

Put lettuce, pepper, cucumber, tomato, onion, avocado, cilantro, and olives in a large salad bowl and toss.

Stir together 2/3 cup of salsa and 1/2 cup of ranch dressing. Set aside.

Plate salad, add seasoned ground meat, sprinkle with cheese, and add 2 tbsp of ranch/salsa mix.

Garnish with more salsa and sour cream.
