Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c skim milk1 c orange juice1/2 c fat free frozen yogurt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Makes 1 serving.

You can substitute 1 c of other fruit in place of the orange juice. Adding 1 tsp of honey is good to add as a sweetener.

TIP: use frozen fruit so you don't have to use ice.
