1 cup sunflower seeds, ground in food processor1 carrot, shredded1 celery stalk, shredded1 potato, shreddedIn food processor, add to the above:1/4 cup flour1/4 cup lemon juice (to taste)1/4 cup nutritional yeast1 tbsp olive oilYou might have to add a little water if it is too thick.Bake for 1 hour at 325.
