chocolate lava cake (hilde)

Ingredients
9 oz dark chocolate6 tbs unsalted butter4 eggs3 tbs flour1/3 cup sugar
Directions

melt chocolate and butter in microwave.
beat eggwhites stiff. beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy and fold into egg withe mixture. sift flour on top and fold molten butter-chocolote mixture in the egg mixture. pour into 9 molds (you can prepare them ahead, freeze them and just pop them frozen into the oven). Bake for 10 minutes in oven at 425 fahrenheit.
